How to Make the Gone with the Wind
- Place 10 mint leaves, a pinch of saffron into a highball glass and muddle
- Fill the highball glass to the top with crushed ice
- Pour in 0.15 oz of sugar syrup, 0.75 oz of elderflower syrup and 1.5 oz of scotch whisky
- Add 1 dash of peach bitters and 1 dash of orange bitters and stir gently
- Top up with crushed ice
- Garnish with mint leaves
