How to Make the Bottom's Up

  • Cover 5 raspberries with 1 oz of boiling water and let them soak
  • Fill a copper mug to the top with crushed ice
  • Pour 0.15 oz of almond syrup, 3 dashes of Angostura bitters, and 0.75 oz of cherry liqueur into a shaker
  • Add 0.75 oz of cynar and 2 oz of bourbon
  • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake gently
  • Strain into the copper mug
  • Pour the raspberry infusion into a small bottle and garnish the cocktail with it
