How to Make the Yellow chili

  • Fill the shot glass with crushed ice
  • Pour 1.3 oz of ginger beer into one of the test tubes and garnish with a violet flower
  • Pour 1.3 oz of tonic into the other test tube and garnish with a mint leaf
  • Place the test tubes into the shot glass
  • Pour 1 oz of lemon juice and 0.3 oz of quail egg white into the shaker
  • Add 1 oz of simple syrup and 1.5 oz of scotch
  • Shake gently without ice
  • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake one more time
  • Strain through a strainer into a chilled cocktail glass
  • Garnish the glass with a chili pepper
  • Serve on a tray along with the test tubes in the shot glass
