Caster sugar7oz

How to Make the Cherry-infused Rum

  • Fill a 2-liter jar 3/4 of the way with frozen cherries, without pressing them down and add 7 oz of caster sugar
  • Top up with white rum
  • Close the jar and leave it for 2 weeks
  • The cherry-infused rum is ready when berries begin to float
