How to Make the Antonius Pius

  • Fill a highball glass to the top with crushed ice
  • Pour 1 oz of quail egg white, 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.75 oz of amaretto liqueur and 1.5 oz of cherry sambuca into a shaker
  • Add 1 bar spoon of caster sugar
  • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
  • Strain into the highball glass
  • Top up with crushed ice
  • Garnish with two maraschino cherries and an orange wedge
