How to Make Léon: the Professional

  • Rim a red wine glass with sugar
  • Pour 2 oz of lemon juice, 0.15 oz of sugar syrup, 0.5 oz of maraschino liqueur, 0.5 oz of triple sec liqueur and 1.5 oz of cognac into a shaker
  • Add 1 dash of angostura bitters and 1 dash of orange bitters
  • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  • Strain into the chilled red wine glass
  • Garnish with lemon zest
