Cocktail Ingredients in the Jumbo

Elderflower syrup0.75oz
Heavy cream1.75oz
Canned peach2oz
Crushed ice2oz
Champagne saucer1piece

How to Make the Jumbo

  • Place 3 slices of mango and a half of canned peach into a blender
  • Pour in 1.75 oz of heavy cream and 0.75 oz of elderflower syrup
  • Add a scoop of crushed ice and blend
  • Pour into a chilled champagne saucer
  • Garnish with a physalis
