Cherry syrup0.75oz
Lapsang souchong tea1.5oz

Irish coffee glass1piece
Milk pitcher1piece

How to Make the Smoked Mulled Wine

  • Pour 1.5 oz of lapsang souchong, 0.75 oz of cherry syrup and 4 oz of tawny port into a milk pitcher
  • Add 0.35 oz of honey, a pinch of ground cinnamon and 3 cloves
  • Stir while heating, but do not bring to the boil
  • Fine strain into an irish coffee glass
  • Garnish with two green apple wedges
