How to Make the Raspberry Sambuca

  • Make a hole in a napkin and insert a drinking straw
  • Pour 2 oz of raspberry sambuca into a cognac glass
  • Place 3 raspberries into a rocks glass
  • Place the cognac glass on the rocks glass and set sambuca on fire
  • As sambuca burns, keep turning the cognac glass
  • In 30 seconds pour sambuca into the rocks glass
  • Place the cognac glass upside down on the napkin with the straw
  • Drink sambuca, chase it with raspberries and inhale the vapors through the drinking straw
