    How to Make the Mexican breakfast

    • Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
    • Place a half of peeled, pitted and chopped avocado into a shaker and muddle
    • Pour in 1 oz of milk, 0.5 oz of agave syrup, 0.75 oz of benedictine and 1.5 oz of silver tequila
    • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
    • Fine strain into the highball glass
    • Top up with club soda and stir gently
    • Garnish with lime wheels
