London dry gin1oz
Sugar syrup0.75oz
Orange juice0.5oz
Lime juice0.75oz
Quail egg white0.5oz
Star anise0.06oz
Ice cubes7oz

How to Make the My Sister Daisy

  • Gently roll 8 mint leaves between your hands and place them into a shaker
  • Add 0.5 oz of quail egg white, 0.5 oz of orange juice, 0.75 oz of lime juice, 0.75 oz of sugar syrup, 30 ml of amaro and 1 oz of gin
  • Give it a good dry shake
  • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake again
  • Strain into a chilled champagne saucer
  • Garnish with a star anise
