    How to Make the Piña Colada in a Coconut

    • Cut a coconut in halves and remove the pulp
    • Fill a cocktail glass halfway with crushed ice and then place a coconut shell in it
    • Place a half of a peeled and chopped pineapple wheel and 6 bar spoons of coconut cream into a blender
    • Pour in 0.75 oz of sugar syrup and 2 oz of white rum
    • Give it a good dry shake
    • Add some crushed ice and blend again
    • Pour into the coconut shell
    • Top up with crushed ice
    • Garnish with a piece of pineapple and a red maraschino cherry on a cocktail skewer and pineapple leaves
