Cocktail Ingredients Rosemary Fizz

How to Make Rosemary Fizz

  • Fill a rocks glass to the top with crushed ice
  • Place a rosemary sprig into a shaker and muddle
  • Pour in 40 oz of grapefruit juice, 5 oz of honey syrup, 20 oz of mango syrup and 50 oz of vodka
  • Add 1 dash of angostura bitters
  • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  • Strain into the rocks glass
  • Top up with tonic and stir gently
  • Top up with crushed ice
  • Garnish with a peeled grapefruit wedge and a sprig of rosemary
