How to Make the Saint Peter

  • Fill a copper mug to the top with crushed ice
  • Place the pulp of a passion fruit into a shaker and muddle
  • Pour in 0.5 oz of lime juice, 2 oz of grapefruit juice, 0.5 oz of maple syrup and 2 oz of bourbon
  • Fill the shaker with ice cubes
  • Pour the ingredients from the one part of the shaker into the other five times
  • Fine strain into the copper cup
  • Top up with crushed ice
  • Garnish with a half of passion fruit and a green basil sprig
