Cocktail Ingredients in the Warm Apple

Honey syrup0.75oz
Sugar syrup0.35oz
Lemon juice1oz
Still water5oz
Rose hip0.5oz

Star anise0.06oz
Goblet glass1piece
Milk pitcher1piece

How to Make the Warm Apple

  • Place 1 bar spoon of briar and 5 oz of boiling water into a milk pitcher
  • Let it infuse for a few minutes and strain through a sieve
  • Add 5 cloves and 1star anise into the milk pitcher
  • Pour in 1 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of freshly brewed briar broth, 0.75 oz of honey syrup, 0.35 oz of sugar syrup and 2 oz of calvados
  • Stir while heating, but do not bring to the boil
  • Garnish with a fan of apple wedges and briar
