How to Make the Titus Livius

  • Fill a sling glass to the top with crushed ice
  • Place 2 raspberries into a blender
  • Pour in 0.75 oz of quail egg white, 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of orange juice, 1 oz of heavy cream, 0.5 oz of cinnamon syrup and 1.5 oz of raspberry sambuca
  • Blend for about a minute without adding ice
  • Pour into the sling glass
  • Top up with club soda and stir gently
  • Top up with crushed ice
  • Garnish with mint sprig and a raspberry on a cocktail skewer
