How to Make the The Big Bluff

  • Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
  • Pour 0.75 oz of quail egg white, 0.75 oz of grapefruit juice, 0.75 oz of cherry liqueur, 1 oz of silver tequila and 1 oz of scotch whisky into a shaker
  • Give it a good dry shake
  • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake again
  • Strain into the highball glass
  • Top up with champagne and stir gently
