Cocktail Ingredients in the Truffle Sour

Irish whiskey2oz
Sugar syrup0.35oz
Lemon juice1oz

How to Make the Truffle Sour

  • Pour over 10 quail eggs in the shell with 3.5 oz of truffle oil
  • Stir gently and let it infuse for 4-6 hours
  • This will be enough for 5 portions
  • Pour 0.35 oz of quail egg white infused with truffle oil, 1 oz of lemon juice, 0.35 oz of sugar syrup and 2 oz of Irish whiskey into a shaker
  • Give it a good dryshake
  • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake again
  • Strain into a sour glass
  • Garnish with lemon zest
