How to Make the French Eggnog

  • Pour 5 quail egg yolks, 0.75 oz of honey, 2 oz of light cream, 2.5 oz of milk and 0.5 oz of cognac into a milk pitcher
  • Stir while heating, but do not bring to the boil
  • Pour into an irish coffee glass
  • Garnish with cookie and dark chocolate flakes
