  • Place 5 bar spoons of raspberry puree into a shaker
  • Pour in 0.5 oz of sugar syrup and 1.5 oz of vanilla vodka
  • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  • Pour into a chilled cocktail glass
  • Place 1 bar spoon of cream cheese into a cream whipper
  • Pour in 0.15 oz of milk and 0.15 oz of still water
  • Close the cream whipper and froth 3–4 times
  • Garnish the cocktail with creamy foam from the whipper
