How to Make the Raspberry Cheesecake
- Place 5 bar spoons of raspberry puree into a shaker
- Pour in 0.5 oz of sugar syrup and 1.5 oz of vanilla vodka
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Pour into a chilled cocktail glass
- Place 1 bar spoon of philadelphia cheese into a cream whipper
- Pour in 0.15 oz of milk and 0.15 oz of still water
- Close the cream whipper and froth 3–4 times
- Garnish the cocktail with creamy foam from the whipper
