Homemade passionfruit syrup with coriander
Timo Janse's recipe sufficient for 34 oz: bring 34 oz of water to the boil, add 67 oz of sugar and the juice of 10 passionfruits. As soon as the sugar dissolves, add 0.6 oz of coriander. Stir and put in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Take out of the refrigerator and filter twice into a bottle.
