How to Make the East Indian Negroni

  • Place an ice sphere into a rocks glass
  • Pour 0.75 oz of Pedro Ximenez sherry, 0.75 oz of campari and 2 oz of white rum into a mixing glass
  • Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir
  • Strain into the rocks glass
  • Garnish with orange zest
