How to Make the Green Thumb

  • Fill a collins glass with ice cubes
  • Pour 0.75 oz of lime juice, 0.75 oz of homemade snap pea syrup, 0.5 oz of green chartreuse, 0.5 oz of amontillado sherry, 1 oz of aged rum and 1 oz of gin into a shaker
  • Add a pinch of pink salt
  • Shake thoroughly
  • Pour the cocktail into a perlini shaker, gas it and shake thoroughly
  • Slowly open the perlini shaker in order to remove the surplus gas
  • Pour into the collins glass
  • Spray barbecue-flavored tincture over the glass
  • Garnish with pea tendrils with spices
