How to Make the Summer Sherry Cobbler

  • Fill a rocks glass to the top with crushed ice
  • Pour 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.75 oz of homemade raspberry syrup and 2.5 oz of manzanilla sherry into a shaker
  • Give it a good dry shake
  • Strain into the chilled rocks glass
  • Garnish with a lime wedge, a mint sprig, raspberries, blackberries and ground nutmeg
