Sugar syrup0.75oz
Heavy cream0.75oz
Quail egg yolk5piece
Ground cinnamon0.03oz
Ice cubes7oz
Flute glass1piece
Quail egg cutter1piece

How to Make Creamy Flip

  • Pour 5 quail egg yolks, 0.75 oz of heavy cream, 0.75 oz of sugar syrup and 2 oz of scotch whisky into a shaker
  • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
  • Strain into a chilled flute glass
  • Garnish with a cookie and ground cinnamon
