How to Make the Creme de la Creme

  • Pour 0.75 oz of quail egg white, 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.15 oz of aloe vera juice, 0.75 oz of caramel syrup and 1.5 oz of vodka into a shaker
  • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
  • Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  • Garnish with orange zest
