How to Make the Mule with Cinnamon

  • Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
  • Place 8 bar spoons of lychee puree into a mixing glass
  • Pour in 0.35 oz of lime juice and 2 oz of vodka
  • Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir
  • Strain into the highball glass
  • Top up with ginger beer and stir gently
  • Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a lime wedge
