How to Make the Lily Rose

  • Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
  • Place 6 bar spoons of peach puree into a shaker
  • Pour in 0.75 oz of quail egg white, 0.35 oz of lime juice, 0.15 oz of grenadine syrup, 0.5 oz of rose syrup and 1.5 oz of citrus vodka
  • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
  • Strain into the highball glass
  • Spray rose water over the cocktail
  • Garnish with a rose petal
