How to Make the Ceviche Mary

  • Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
  • Pour 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 5 oz of tomato juice, 0.75 oz of oyster sauce and 1.5 oz of pepper vodka into a shaker
  • Add 2 drops of red tabasco sauce, 3 drops of worcestershire sauce, a pinch of salt and ground black pepper
  • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  • Strain into the highball glass
  • Garnish with a coriander sprig
