Cocktail recipe Ginger toddy
- Place a chopped half of orange wheel and a chopped lime quarter into an Irish coffee glass
- Add a small pinch of ground nutmeg and one clove
- Pour in 0.5 oz of ginger syrup and 1.5 oz of dark rum
- Top up with hot earl grey tea and stir gently
- Garnish with a big slice of a ginger root with burnt cane sugar
