London dry gin25oz
Caster sugar10oz
Shot glass1piece
Bar spoon1piece
Nutmeg grater1piece

How to Make the Blackcurrant-infused Gin

  • Place grated zest of a whole lemon into a 2-liter jar
  • Fill the jar 3/4 of the way with blackcurrants without tamping
  • Add 10 oz of caster sugar and top up with gin
  • Close the jar and leave for 2-3 weeks
  • The infusion is ready when berries begin to float
