Cocktail recipe Jackalope
- Fill a cocktail glass with crushed ice and add 0.35 oz of absinthe
- Pour 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.15 oz of orange juice, 0.5 oz of maple syrup and 1.5 oz of calvados into a shaker
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Stir the ice with absinthe, then discard
- Strain the cocktail into the cocktail glass
