    How to Make the Rosemary Cooler

    • Fill a sling glass to the top with crushed ice
    • Place 2 sprigs of rosemary, the pulp of a passion fruit half into a shaker and muddle
    • Pour 2 oz of pineapple juice, 0.5 oz of mango syrup and 1.5 oz of gold rum into the shaker
    • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
    • Fine strain into the sling glass
    • Garnish with a quarter of a passion fruit
