  • Pour in 5 quail egg yolks, 0.25 oz of heavy cream, 1 oz of dark cacao liqueur, 0.75 oz of coffee liqueur and 1 oz of cognac
  • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  • Strain into a chilled champagne saucer
  • Garnish with cocoa powder and a mint sprig
