Cocktail recipe Sorrel lemonade

  • A one-quart pitcher is enough for about 4 highball glasses
  • Fill the pitcher 2/3 of the way with ice cubes
  • Place a bunch of sorrel leaves and 1 bar spoon of granulated cane sugar into a blender
  • Pour in 2 oz of still water
  • Blend without ice and fine strain into the pitcher
  • Top up with ginger beer and stir gently
  • Garnish with 5 slices of ginger root and 5 raspberries
