    How to Make the Mojito shakerato

    • Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
    • Place 10 mint leaves and 1 bar spoon of granulated cane sugar into a shaker
    • Pour in 0.5 oz of quail egg white, 0.5 oz of lime juice, 0.35 oz of sugar syrup and 1.5 oz of white rum
    • Add 1 dash of angostura bitters
    • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
    • Fine strain into the rocks glass
    • Garnish with mint leaves
    • Serve with a shot of 1.5 oz of champagne
