How to Make the Agua de Valencia

  • A one-liter pitcher is enough for about 4 highball glasses
  • Place 3 maraschino cherries into a pitcher
  • Fill the pitcher 2/3 of the way with ice cubes
  • Pour in 2 oz of sugar syrup, 7 oz of orange juice, 2 oz of triple sec liqueur and 2 oz of gin
  • Top up with champagne and stir gently
  • Garnish with a maraschino cherry and an orange wedge
