Cocktail Ingredients in the Hot Rum Punch

Dark rum1.5oz
Tawny port1.5oz
Honey syrup0.75oz
Sugar syrup0.5oz
Lime juice0.5oz
Black tea4oz

Cinnamon sticks0.15oz
Orange zest1piece
Goblet glass1piece
Milk pitcher1piece
Bar spoon1piece
Zest knife1piece

How to Make the Hot Rum Punch

  • Place 2 cloves into a milk pitcher
  • Pour 0.5 oz of lime juice, 4 oz of black tea, 0.75 oz of honey syrup, 0.5 oz of sugar syrup, 1.5 oz of tawny port and 1.5 oz of dark rum
  • Stir while heating, but do not bring to the boil
  • Fine strain into a goblet glass
  • Garnish with a cinnamon stick wrapped in orange zest
