Cocktail recipe Pirate
- Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
- Place a ginger root wedge into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.35 oz of almond syrup, 0.75 oz of Maraschino liqueur, 0.75 oz of dry orange liqueur and 1.5 oz of spiced rum
- Add 5 dashes of Angostura bitters
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Finely strain into the highball glass
- Top up with Sprite and stir gently
- Garnish with a red Maraschino cherry, ginger root and lime wedges
