Japanese whisky

A spirit of Japanese origin, created using Scottish techniques and technology and with barley malt purchased from Scotland or America, but employing experiments with various methods of distillation and yeast and grain combinations. The resulting alcohol is matured in oak barrels from 3 to 21 years.
