Cocktail recipe Fake melon
- Place the rocks ice in the rocks glass
- Place 1.35 oz of peach puree and 0.35 oz of lemon juice in the shaker
- Pour in 0.5 oz of pistachio syrup and 0.5 oz of Japanese whisky
- Add 1 oz of calvados
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake gently
- Strain into the rocks glass
- Garnish with melon rind and ground lemon zest
