How to Make the Caribbean Touch

  • Remove the pineapple pulp using a pineapple slicer
  • Place 6 chopped pineapple wedges and a peeled kiwi half into a blender
  • Pour in 3.5 oz of grapefruit juice, 0.75 oz of sugar syrup, 1.75 oz of mango liqueur and 3.5 oz of white rum
  • Add a scoop of crushed ice and blend
  • Pour into the pineapple
  • Garnish with orange and lime wedges, and a maraschino cherry with a cocktail umbrella
