Irish whiskey

A spirit of Irish origin, made from sprouted barley malt, which is dried in the oven, milled and covered with hot water. Once separated from the grain, the liquid is fermented, distilled three times and left to mature in oak, sherry, bourbon or port casks for at least 3 years.
