Cocktail recipe Big Dick
- Pour 0.7 oz of lime juice, 0.25 oz of sugar syrup, 0.7 oz of yellow banana syrup, and 0.25 oz of sweet blended sherry into the shaker
- Add 0.5 oz of Irish whisky, 0.5 oz of gold rum, 0.5 oz of dark rum, and 1.5 oz of aged rum
- Drop in 3 dashes of chocolate bitters and 3 dashes of homemade nutmeg bitters
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake gently
- Strain into the champagne saucer
- Melt 1 oz of cocoa butter and dip the rocks ice into it
- Place the rocks ice into the champagne saucer
- Garnish the cocktail with a dried lemon wheel, a rose bud, and nutmeg
