Cocktail recipe Zwack and soda
- Pour 1 oz of lime juice, 0.5 oz of sugar syrup and 2 oz of Zwack Unicum into a highball glass
- Light up a culinary torch over the cocktail and squeeze oil from 1 lemon zest and 2 orange zests over it
- Fill the glass with crushed ice
- Top up with club soda and stir gently
- Top up with ice
- Garnish with a cucumber stripe and a mint sprig
