Cocktail recipe Brandy en Coke
- One portion will make about 5 highballs
- Pour 48 oz of cola into the mixing glass
- Add 2 oz of milk and 4 oz of cognac
- Mix with a bar spoon
- Leave the mixture at room temperature until the milk curdles
- Filter the mixture through the cheesecloth in a centrifuge to purify the drink
- Serve in a highball with seaweed
