Cocktail recipe Cosmopolitan jelly
- Blend 6 bar spoons of cranberries and place the puree into a mixing glass
- Pour in 0.35 oz of lime juice, 0.15 oz of sugar syrup, 0.75 oz of triple sec liqueur and 1.5 oz of vodka
- Add a half of strawberry and 4 blackberries and stir gently
- Pour 1/3 of the pre-mixed drink into a milk pitcher and add 1/3 bar spoons of gelatine
- Stir and add rest of the cocktail
- Stir while heating, but do not bring to a boil
- Chill the drink and pour into a chilled champagne saucer
- Place the cocktail into a refrigerator to let the jelly solidify and serve it with a teaspoon
