Cocktail recipe Vacation in Jamaica
- Rim a champagne saucer with coconut flakes
- Place 1/4 of a peeled and chopped banana into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 0.75 oz of heavy cream, 0.5 oz of apple juice, 0.35 oz of caramel syrup, 0.75 oz of coconut liqueur and 1.25 oz of gold rum
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Finely strain into a chilled champagne saucer
