Fino sherry

A Spanish dry fortified wine produced by fermenting Palomino grapes with a special added yeast. As it ages for at least 12 months, the wine is covered by a special film called flora, and enriched with grape alcohol in stages. Aged in barrels under this protective film for at least 2 years.
