Cocktail recipe Umfazi
- Pour 1 oz of homemade lemon sherbet and 2 oz of homemade juniper vermouth into the mixing glass
- Add 2 dashes of grapefruit bitters, 0.5 oz of gold rum, and 1 oz of London dry gin
- Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes and carefully stir with a bar spoon
- Strain the cocktail into a bottle
- Place the lime zest into the smoker
- Place the bottle and the cocktail glass under the lid and smoke them for several minutes
- Garnish with homemade grapeseed oil with dill using a pipette
